Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of purchase.  You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Method & Rates
We currently ship via USPS within the United States only. Shipping costs are based on order total (Free shipping at $90 or more, $8 standard under $90, $15 Priority Mail).  

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timeframe is 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, but is not guaranteed. RE-PAIR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us at support@repairourecosystems.com and we'll help sort it out.
