Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Where We Ship
We ship via USPS within the United States only. We don't ship internationally yet.
Shipping Rates
Rates are based on your order total, not package weight, and you'll see them at checkout before you pay.
- Free Shipping — orders of $70 or more
- Standard — $8 on orders under $70
- Express — $15 on any order
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. RE-PAIR is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us at adordek.repair@outlook.com and we'll help sort it out.
